Youth Programs
Due to the rise in obesity and obesity related diseases such as heart disease and diabetes amongst today's youth it is important to teach them the benefits of exercising and eating right in order to have a longer and healthier life. We want to dispel some of the common myths about exercising and nutrition including fad diets, bulking up, fat free foods, etc.

By the end of this program the children will know the components of a productive workout, the importance of daily exercise, what is the "perfect food", and be motivated to take an active role in caring for their self.
The program consists of six (6) one-hour sessions that combine an information session and exercise components.
Sessions are flexible if there are specific topics that you want covered than we can make adjustments. This program has been created for kids 10-17 years of age.
Holistic Nutrition Certificate Course - "Holistic Nutrition To Increase Your Body Energy" (Four week course, each session is 2 hours per week)
What, When, and How we eat is paramount towards achieving Total Wellness. Some topics covered in this course: Digestion of Food, Food Classification, Stress Management, Acid-Alkaline Balance of Foods, Weight Management, Correct Food Combining, The Real Deal about Supplements, Disease and Poor Thinking, Disease and Poor Nutrition, Emotions/Diseases/ and Nutrition, Healthy Carbohydrate/Protein/Fat Ratios and much more...
Employee Wellness Programs
Customized employee wellness seminars to supplement
corporate fitness programs. Components may include: lunch and learn seminars, wellness contests, and group physical fitness activities.
Total Wellness Workshops and Seminars
A workshop that focuses on one topic, with a specific "goal" for the group to achieve, and incorporate exercises and motivational techniques.
A half or full day seminar, which would take the group through a series of topics and include hands-on exercises.
Private Client Total Wellness Consulting
Dr. Joy will work with you one on one to help you achieve and maintain your health and fitness goals in the comforts of your home. This program includes an assessment, ten (10) customized one (1) hour personal training sessions, and a four week balanced nutrition plan. You will be motivated during the entire program.
Virtual Client Total Wellness Consulting
A customized (day by day) 30-day program developed by Joy, the System encompasses both a comprehensive physical fitness plan and a nutritional plan along with motivational techniques to achieve the client's goals. You will also receive a personalized copy of Don't Let "IT" Get You! Virtual Clients will have consulting sessions with Dr. Joy up to three times per week via the phone.
